Dismantling and assembling pump core
Remove the pump core.
Remove screw and washer, remove back end plate (7/89) and front end plate (7/80) and "O" ring (7/81).
Remove the pin.
The rotor with blade (7/87) is extracted from the pump core (7/88).
Extract blades from the rotor.
Remove the radial seal (7/79) from the front end plate.
Reassemble the pump core in reverse order. Make sure that the blades are properly positioned.
In order to reassemble the pump core, the exhaust box is placed side by side, and the pump core is placed on the exhaust box, so that the exhaust port of the pump core is facing down.
warning
According to the process involved, hazardous substances can spill over from pumps and oils. Take corresponding measures.
Be careful
If the bearing plate must be replaced, the pin position must be adjusted. Please contact the LEYBOLD maintainer (provide instructions as required)
Watch out
Used seals must not be installed; new seals must be installed.
