Precautions before starting operation of roots pump of oil filter

Roots pump can not be used alone before starting operation. It must be equipped with a pre-vacuum pump recommended by our company's professional and technical personnel before it can be put into use.
When lifting a vacuum pump, it can be lifted at the screw of the lifting ring matched by the pump. A complete set of vacuum oil filters shall not be lifted at the screw of the lifting ring matched by the pump. If the pump has no lifting screw, the vacuum pump can be carried by forklift or other means of transport.
The motor connecting frame and motor fan protective cover of the pump are semi-enclosed. It is strictly forbidden to use hands or other tools to contact the high-speed rotating coupling and motor fan blades when the pump is running, so as to avoid unnecessary harm to you.
There shall be no restriction on the exhaust of vacuum pumps or the installation of any cut-off valves in the exhaust pipeline. Vacuum pump is also a compressor. If the motor has no overload protection device when the pump has a high inlet pressure, it will produce extremely high pressure at the outlet of the vacuum pump. This high pressure will cause damage to the vacuum equipment or harm to the personnel.
Vacuum pumps are precision machines. When installing the intake and exhaust pipes or valves of vacuum pumps, it is strictly forbidden that any foreign bodies enter the pump chamber to avoid unnecessary serious consequences. Once a foreign body enters the pump chamber, the foreign body inside the pump chamber must be cleaned up, otherwise starting the vacuum pump is strictly prohibited. If the quality of the intake and exhaust pipes is too heavy, they must be supported to avoid the impact on the accuracy of vacuum pumps.
Pumps should not be used to suck gases containing more than 20% oxygen and other flammable and explosive gases. Unless appropriate protective devices and other inert gases are used, explosions will occur and vacuum pumps will be destroyed and personnel injured.
When Roots vacuum pump is running, it is strictly forbidden to open the oil tank, add and unload the oil screw plug, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the pump.
In order to prevent the oil mist discharged from the front vacuum pump and the long-term impact of the pumped gas on the field operators and the environment, the gas discharged from the vacuum pump should not be directly discharged into closed workshops or buildings without good ventilation.
When the pump is running, it is not allowed to touch the hot surface of the vacuum pump directly by hand. Generally, when working at low pressure, the surface temperature of the pump should not exceed 90 C. When operating at high pressure, the surface temperature of the pump may exceed 100 C.
Before disassembling or maintaining the vacuum pump, it is necessary to cut off the power supply of the vacuum oil filter and allow the power supply to be connected only after confirming that the vacuum pump has been fully installed.
Suddenly starting the vacuum pump during the maintenance of the vacuum pump will cause damage to the equipment or personnel.
